The service
Gotta Bid 'Em All (gottabidemall.com) sells introductions to people who have offered a Pokémon card collection for sale and consented to a referral. We are not a party to any transaction between you and a seller and make no promise that a seller will sell, respond, or sell at any price.
Accounts
You must be 18 or older and give accurate contact details. You're responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts for unpaid wins, misuse of seller information, or conduct that reflects badly on the sellers we work with.
Listings
Listings are summaries of what a seller told us and the photos they sent, prepared with software assistance and checked by a person before posting. They are not appraisals. We don't verify a seller's statements, the authenticity of any card, or the condition of anything shown.
Payment, credits and refunds
Winning bids are paid online by card through Square. A paid lead can be reported as dead within the report window shown on the lead; an approved report becomes an account credit for the amount paid. Credits apply to future wins and aren't paid out as cash. There are no other refunds.
Seller information
Seller contact details are licensed to you for direct outreach about that seller's collection only. You may not resell, publish, share, scrape or add them to any list. Sellers may ask us to withdraw their information at any time.
We email you about bids, wins, payment, unlocked leads and account security from gottabidemall.com. These are transactional messages tied to your activity. Questions: support@gottabidemall.com.
Liability
The service is provided as is. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the lead in question. Arkansas law applies.
